[Lentila] Protein FIT Ube-Yogurt Shake 55g x 30EA
Current 400 mangroves secured
Goes ahead at 2000 mangroves
Progress 20.0% of the minimum

1600 more mangroves to unlock this round.

This round only proceeds when we reach 2000 mangroves.

We support small food startups, and this project exists for a simple reason.

Most food is made first and sold second. What does not sell is thrown away, after the ingredients, the energy and the packaging have already been spent. For a small brand, one wrong guess on a first batch is enough to end it.

So we reversed the order. Nothing is made before the round closes. When enough boxes are spoken for, exactly that many are produced. No surplus, no waste.

You get the boxes. For every box sold, Lentila funds mangrove planting on a working coastline, and publishes what was planted.

If the round misses its minimum, every order is refunded in full.

This is how we help small brands take their first step, without the fear of leftover stock.

  1. 1 You join Order your boxes and pay now. Cancel for a full refund any time before the round closes.
  2. 2 We make exactly that many The box count becomes the production order. No surplus.
  3. 3 You get them, we plant Boxes ship within about two weeks of the close, and Lentila plants the mangroves.

Where this round went

The tideline for this round is assigned when it closes. We commission the planting after the round settles, then publish the coordinates, species and tree count against this round’s name.

Round 1

[Lentila] Protein FIT Ube-Yogurt Shake 55g x 30EA, 300EA

A Seoul café's purple ube drink, then the idea for an ube yogurt protein shake.

Who is making this

Made by the onewho answers you.

Lentila is a small food company in Korea. The founder runs the batches, stands at the tables where people taste them, and writes the updates you will get. Nothing in this round passes through anyone else.
Care over scale
We would rather make less, and make it right.
Honest over polished
We show the work as it is, not as an ad would.

Round 01

Protein FitUbe Yogurt.

Smooth ube and yogurt with a sweet, creamy finish. Made the way Lentila makes everything, after enough of us have asked for it.

55 g pouches, thirty to a box.

Layers of purple ube and cream in a tall glass, milk pouring in.

The taste

Soft ube.Bright yogurt.

Ube is the purple yam behind many Filipino desserts. It is naturally sweet, with a soft, nutty, almost vanilla-like flavour. Yogurt cuts through it and keeps the finish clean. Crisp puffs go in last, so the last mouthful is not the same as the first.

Development targets

The numbers we are building toward.

55g
per pouch
30
pouches to a box
21g
protein per pouch

Development target, not a tested value

The figures above are targets we are designing to. The tested values may come out different, and if they do we tell you before anything ships. The panel on the pack is written from lab results on a test batch, made and sent to a lab before the packaging goes to print.

How this is made

We only makewhat is already ordered.

0

boxes we have thrown away

Every box has a name on it before it exists, so the count of boxes made and the count of boxes wanted are the same number.

The usual order: make it, hope it sells, bin what is left. Our order: count it, make exactly that many, ship it.

The usual order

Make ithope it sellsbin what is left

So we turned it around

Our order

Count itmake exactly that manyship it

A box nobody opens was still grown, still milled, still printed, still driven.
We would rather not make it, which is why there is nothing to ship on the day you join.

What you are joining

Four stages,one round.

Joining is not a pre-order sitting in a queue. The number of boxes in this round is the number of boxes we make.

  1. 01

    Develop

The flavour direction is set. The final recipe, the pack design and the lab testing all happen after the round clears its minimum.

  2. 02

    Produce

When the round closes we count the boxes, and that count becomes the production order. Not one more.

  3. 03

    Ship

Every box made already has a name on it, so nothing goes to a warehouse to wait.

  4. 04

    Plant

After the round settles, Lentila commissions the mangrove planting and publishes what was planted and where.

Good food. Brighter tomorrows.

Where we are

What is set, and what is still being set.

We make nothing before the round closes, so some of this is still moving. Here is exactly where each piece stands.

  • Taste direction Confirmed Set
  • Recipe Confirmed Set
  • Packaging design When it clears Once the minimum is reached
  • Nutrition testing When it clears Once the minimum is reached
  • Production start After the round When the round closes

Final artwork and the tested nutrition panel may differ from what you see on this page. We will publish both before anything ships, and you can cancel for a full refund while the round is open.

Along the way

You see itbefore anyone else.

Nothing about this round reaches the shop before it reaches the people in it. We write these updates ourselves, so they arrive when something actually changes rather than on a schedule.

  1. Round opens

    10.102026

Pre-orders start. Nothing is made yet, and the count runs in the open.

You get Your order number, and the count as it moves.

  2. Testing

    3weeks

Starts the moment the round clears its minimum, while it is still open. A test batch goes to a lab, and the nutrition panel is written from those results before the packaging goes to print.

You get The lab panel, before it goes on the pack.

  3. Round closes

    11.252026

We count the boxes. That count is the production order.

You get The final count, and what it means for your order.

  4. Production and shipping

    2weeks from close

Blending, filling and printing at our production partner, then boxes leave in the order people joined.

    You get Your tracking number.

Dates move only if production does. If anything slips we tell you before it slips, not after.

From root to root

Food today.Roots tomorrow.

After this round closes, Lentila commissions mangrove planting on a working coastline and publishes the location, the count and the survival survey against this round.

Joining a round is a pre-order of the boxes described above. It is not a carbon offset, and we make no environmental claim on your behalf.

Before you join

Questions people ask.

When will it ship?
Within about two weeks of the close, boxes leave us. Recipe, packaging and lab testing are already done by then, because they start the moment the round clears its minimum. Sea freight then takes around four to six weeks, so plan on roughly six to eight weeks from the closing date to your door. The exact dispatch date goes up as soon as the production order is placed, and you get it by email.
Why six to eight weeks?
Most of it is the sea. Boxes leave us within about two weeks of the close, and sea freight from Korea takes another four to six. We send by sea rather than air because it is far cheaper, and that is what keeps the shipping charge where it is. The making is quick because it does not wait for the close: recipe, packaging and lab testing all start as soon as the round clears its minimum.
Can the nutrition values change?
Yes. Once the round clears its minimum we make a test batch and send it to a lab. The panel on the finished pack is written from those results, so the final numbers may differ from the target figures shown here. The pack cannot go to print until we have them, which is why testing comes before production rather than after.
Can the packaging change?
Yes. The artwork on this page is where the design stands today and it can still change before it goes to print. Everyone in the round sees the final pack before it reaches the shop.
What if the round does not reach its minimum?
We do not produce, and every order is refunded in full.
How do refunds work?
You can cancel for a full refund at any time while the round is open. When the round closes, the final count becomes our production order, so we can no longer cancel your boxes. Once they arrive you still have 14 days to change your mind if you live in the UK or the EU, on unopened pouches. Anything damaged or faulty we replace or refund, and you never post food back to us.
Is this an investment or a donation?
Neither. It is a pre-order. You are buying boxes at a set price and you receive them. Lentila funds the mangrove planting from its own side, so joining is not a donation and it gives you no environmental claim of your own.
